Position Overview

Are you a Public Relations powerhouse with a passion for luxury fashion and high-impact storytelling?

Canada Goose is seeking an exceptional Lead, Public Relations for EMEA to shape and drive our PR strategy across Europe. In this critical role, you will manage all regional public relations, owning our media relationships, brand positioning, and communications strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to amplify one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands as we continue to tell our powerful story and expand our presence globally.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the PR strategy across EMEA: Develop and execute a comprehensive communications plan that covers editorial, influencer, and brand ambassador relations. Drive measurable results through innovative and compelling PR campaigns that elevate the Canada Goose story.
• Manage a dynamic PR agency network: Oversee four key PR agencies in different regional locations, ensuring consistency in the brand’s messaging and effectiveness of campaigns across the region.
• Cultivate meaningful relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media outlets, influencers, and brand partners. Ensure Canada Goose remains a top of mind brand across editorial and influencer channels.
• Create cutting-edge PR initiatives: Bring fresh, creative ideas to the table and develop local content that resonates with the EMEA audience. Execute exciting product placement strategies and VIP gifting to elevate the brand experience.
• Champion brand presence at events: Act as a passionate ambassador for Canada Goose, hosting media, influencers, and key brand allies at high-profile events, ensuring every touchpoint reinforces our brand values.
• Work cross-functionally: Partner with Corporate Communications, Brand, and Digital teams to ensure all communications efforts are aligned and reflect a consistent brand voice across all platforms.
• Strategic counsel and crisis management: Provide expert guidance on issues management, proactively addressing any brand concerns in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team.
• Lead performance tracking: Manage and report on all PR activities, ensuring data-driven insights and a clear understanding of KPIs across regional campaigns.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of experience in senior public relations or communications roles—ideally with luxury brands or PR agencies.
• Expert media relations skills: You have a proven ability to create compelling stories and generate maximum media coverage, with an extensive network of contacts across editorial and influencer landscapes.
• Creative, strategic thinking: You can think outside the box and translate bold ideas into successful communication strategies.
• Strong writing skills: Crafting press releases, pitches, and thought leadership pieces is second nature to you.
• Fluency in a second European language (Italian, French, or German) is a plus, but not required.
• Crisis management expertise: You can protect the brand’s integrity and navigate challenging situations with poise.
