Location: The locations for this role are Newport, Titchfield (Fareham) and Manchester.

We operate a flexible hybrid working model across the UK, with colleagues linked to one of our contractual locations and working between office and remote throughout the week. As part of the hybrid working arrangement there is a 40% minimum office attendance requirement.


Salary: £56,020 - £66,043

What We Need:


As a Lead Quality Assurance Test Analyst, you'll set the functional test approach, establish standards, and handle high-risk activities.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor progress and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Report testing risks and identify mitigations.
  • Strategise and plan tests with a business and operational view.
  • Lead delivery practice, focusing on problem-solving and influencing senior team members.
  • Ensure high standards of team efficiency and quality.
  • Provide expert technical advice to project teams.
  • Deliver at pace using agile principles.
  • Assist decision-makers with informed decisions.
  • Participate in the Testing community to refine standards and share knowledge.
  • Manage QAT Analysts and provide coaching and mentoring.
