Lead Recruiter

Staff Recruiter – APAC | Global Fintech & SaaS | 6-Month Contract | London Hybrid

A leading fintech and SaaS company is hiring a Staff Recruiter (APAC) to support continued growth across its APAC operations. This role is focused on non-technical hiring for go-to-market and business operations teams, and is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in high-growth, fast-moving environments.

You’ll be the dedicated recruiter for the region, partnering with senior stakeholders and owning the hiring strategy across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and more.

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple business functions in APAC
• Manage 10–15 active roles, occasionally up to 20
• Partner closely with hiring managers, including regional leadership
• Drive data-led hiring using funnel insights, time-to-fill tracking, and conversion analysis
• Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, and iSims (moving to Averture)
• Champion inclusive hiring and an excellent candidate experience

What we’re looking for:

• 5–10 years’ internal recruitment experience in a tech, SaaS, or fintech setting
• Proven ability to hire across go-to-market and leadership roles
• Experience in high-growth or enterprise environments (e.g., HubSpot, Klarna, Klaviyo, Google, Meta)
• Strong stakeholder communication, able to influence and advise at all levels
• Comfortable working in hybrid models, and getting hands-on when needed
• Data-oriented, operationally excellent, and outcome-focused

Contract: 6 months, with potential extension

Location: Hybrid – 3 days per week in London office
