We are seeking an experienced Lead Recruitment Business Partner to join Royal London’s internal recruitment team based in London. Reporting to the Head of Recruitment, this role is key in shaping and delivering recruitment strategies for our Asset Management division. The position calls for strong leadership, extensive talent acquisition knowledge, and excellent collaboration with stakeholders to provide candidates with a smooth experience. Ideal applicants will have previous experience working in internal or RPO recruitment teams, along with a background in financial services, preferably asset management.
