Senior Salesforce Business Analyst (Functional)
Location: 3 days per week in Peterborough, 2 days remote
Start Date: Immediate upon selection
Experience: 12+ years (Primarily in Salesforce)
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce technologies to join our team on an immediate basis. This is a hands-on role that requires deep technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customer stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements
- Provide technical solutions and EPICS ensure alignment with business goals
- Perform POCs (Proof of Concept) to validate solutions before rollout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation and support
Key Skills Required:
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Configuration, Administration, Customization
- Strong stakeholder management experience with both non-Salesforce and Salesforce exposed employees
- Proven ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution
