To be successful as a Lead Software Engineer, you should have experience with:

Highly skilled software engineer with good knowledge of modern architectures with a working knowledge of containerisation.
Good knowledge of Gen AI Agentic frameworks including Langgraph, Crewai.
AWS and Azure working knowledge with certification to evidence skills.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

Python, Java
AWS Bedrock
Able to solve multi-layered problems with little support.
