What you will be doing
Partnering With Key Stakeholders From The Service Business And BRM & Solution Design Managers Within EMEA IT, Where You Can Ideally Utilise Your Service Now Experience, As Part Of An End To End Solution, In Leading Key Programmes Across The End To End Solutions And Process Improvement Activity, Such As
Own the end-to-end design and implementation of Service COE solutions, including oversight of the end to end design for all of our applications.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with BRMs, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders across EMEA. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements that influence our existing solutions and translate them into functional solutions. Build and maintain relationships across different departments to promote the value of the Service CoE solutions and drive connected planning.
- Process Improvement: Drive efficiency using methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Agile. Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing solutions to identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Strategic Alignment: Ensure solutions support Ricoh’s broader digital transformation goals. Managing the solutions design, working with Solution Architects on the selection of systems providers, testing and technical implementation. Ensure the deliverables of the Service COE are aligned to the overall strategic design.
- Mentorship & Governance: Coach junior staff and ensure compliance with industry standards, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
You will ideally have
- Experience: Proven background in solution design, ideally with ServiceNow as part of an integrated solution.
- Education: Degree or equivalent professional qualification. Plus, proven knowledge of methodologies like Lean Six Sigma or Agile to drive process improvements. Plus, an understanding of how to align the CoE’s and E2E solution goals with the overall business strategy
- Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and change management principles to effectively lead solution transformation. Alongside an understanding of governance structures and compliance requirements to ensure the CoE operates within legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Soft Skills: Strong communicator, relationship builder, and strategic thinker. Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects is crucial. This includes setting strategic direction, managing resources, and ensuring successful project delivery
- Technical Acumen: Understanding of complex systems and ability to lead technical implementations. Experience in leading organisational change and transformation projects, including resetting processes and reconnecting business units would be a real advantage. Plus, the ability to measure and analyse performance metrics to ensure that objectives are met, and business benefits are realised.
