As the Creative Tech Lead, you will champion the integration of advanced technology with human-centered design principles. You’ll be responsible for rapidly prototyping innovative concepts and pushing technical boundaries to deliver groundbreaking user experiences. The team is focused on high-velocity experimentation aligned with Wipro’s strategic innovation roadmap.

Your Responsibilities
As Creative Tech Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Driving creative experimentation and rapid prototyping
- Collaborating with designers, engineers, and product leaders
- Exploring cutting-edge tech solutions and creating proof-of-concept prototypes
- Bridging design thinking with hands-on technical exploration
- Setting standards for rapid prototyping and technical feasibility
Mandatory Skills
You will have a solid understanding of:
- Agile development methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques
- MVP development, or innovation-focused technology roles (Preferred experience in a Seed Stage VC backed startup)
- Low-code/no-code platform development
- AI coding assistants and API integration
- Cloud service technologies
- Technical experimentation frameworks
Desirable Skills
Ideally, you will be familiar with:
- Creativity under technological constraints
- Quick learning and adaptation
- Collaborative problem-solving and innovative thinking
- Communicating technical concepts effectively
