The day-to-

day
As a Lead Test Engineer at Reward working on our loyalty platform in a fast paced, agile environment, you will be contributing to the quality and development of our core product suite. This includes creation / execution of test scripts, identifying defects, being a subject matter expert on Reward products, testing estimates and resource planning across multiple environme

nts.

Role
The Lead Test Engineer will be responsible for implementing the automated testing strategy within the engineering team, ensuring the quality and reliability of software products. This role involves leading a team of test engineers, working across multiple stakeholders to develop a comprehensive automated testing solution to support CICD, and collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality software solu

• tions.

• verage.Quality Assurance: Ensure that all software products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and security through rigorous testing and vali
• dation.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testin
• g team.Issue Management: Manage and prioritize testing issues and defects, working with the development team to ensure timely reso

  Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in test engineering with experience of leadi
• ng teams.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of automated testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., Typescript, Cypress.io, Cypress Cloud, BBD (Cucumber & Gherkin), Mailosaur, AWS, JIRA, TestMo) & a proficiency in developing and maintaining automated testing scripts and frameworks. Knowledge of API & Performance
