The Role

Capco is a global technology and business consultancy focused on the financial services and energy sectors. We are seeking Principal UX / Product Designers (10+ years’ experience) who will shape the future of financial services by leading transformative projects, guiding clients to innovative solutions, and inspiring teams to deliver experiences that impact millions worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategically lead large-scale, complex customer experience and design engagements, aligning business goals with exceptional design.
  • Create and maintain relationships with clients as a trusted advisor.
  • Identify and lead opportunities with clients, structuring and resourcing engagements to address their challenges.
  • Provide thought leadership, drive innovation, and advance Capco’s design methodologies and practices.
  • Mentor and coach designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Core Skills

  • Track record of exceptional strategic leadership and advanced expertise in UX/UI design.
  • Proven track record in senior-level consulting or agency delivery, particularly within financial services.
  • Deep knowledge of agile methodologies, digital product innovation, and stakeholder management.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal influencing skills.

  • Advanced understanding of psychology, human factors and experimental design.
  • Expertise with cutting-edge A.I. design tools and methodologies.

  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience within financial services.
  • Advanced academic qualifications (HCI, Psychology, Product Design, etc.).
