The post holder will report to the Head of EDI Learning & OD and will have responsibility for delivering key programmes which support our people strategy e.g. leadership and management, coaching and mentoring. The post holder will support programmes to drive improvements in culture, performance and organisational effectiveness, working closely with the People Directorate Leadership Team. This will include supporting system changes and building organisational skills and capability.
You will lead and develop our leadership and management development programmes, working closely with development and improvement specialists across the trust. The post holder will also play a proactive role in translating strategic intent and direction into impactful programmes including contributing to the delivery of the NHS People Plan.

Duties
As a senior member of the People Directorate team, this role will ensure that the interventions can demonstrate a measurable impact on behavioural change, workforce performance metrics and help to create a positive, compassionate and empowered culture. The main duties of the role include:
- Design, delivery and evaluation of our leadership and management development programmes
- Development of our coaching and mentoring capability and capacity across the trust
- Provide consultancy services to the divisions as required.
