As the Learning Delivery Manager at Skanska, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating learning events and resources. This includes providing face-to-face training, developing eLearning courses, and sourcing or creating learning materials for employees. You will collaborate with the Learning and Development community to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations while ensuring all interventions are evaluated to deliver a return on investment.
What you’ll do:
- Learning content development: design, develop, and deliver training programs and workshops (in-person or virtual) and digital training materials (e-learning modules, videos etc.) to meet business needs.
- Own the Belonging@Skanska Onboarding programme to ensure that new starters have the best possible experience on joining Skanska, ensuring high quality content and delivery and timely attendance.
- Ensure all new proposed training follows the process held within the Integrated Management System (IMS) and new proposals are presented at the Growth & Development Forum.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex content into clear, engaging, learner-friendly formats.
- Use authoring tools (e.g. Articulate, Storyline, Rise etc) and LMS platforms to build learning content.
- Deliver Insights Discovery workshops and support Skanska-wide initiatives such as Allyship, Active Bystander training.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and digital content and make improvements as needed.
- Maintain records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in training and development.
