Role Description

As a senior member of the People Directorate team, this role will ensure that the interventions can demonstrate a measurable impact on behavioural change, workforce performance metrics and help to create a positive, compassionate and empowered culture. The main duties of the role include:

• Design, delivery and evaluation of our leadership and management development programmes
• Development of our coaching and mentoring capability and capacity across the trust
• Provide consultancy services to the divisions as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing leadership development programs and organizational development strategies
• Strong skills in performance management, coaching, and mentoring
• Facilitation skills for workshops and team-building activities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team
• Experience in the NHS is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
