Internal Opportunity - Learning and Development Advisor
Location: North East / Hybrid - regular travel required across our services
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Due to the requirements of this role, you must be a driver with access to your own car and comfortable with frequent travel across North East Services and occasional national travel.
This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service

In this role, you’ll design, deliver, and evaluate engaging learning interventions that support the development of our workforce and help Everyturn deliver outstanding care. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to create blended learning solutions that make a real difference, from face-to-face sessions and eLearning modules to webinars and bespoke training programmes.
We’re looking for someone with curiosity, creativity, and a genuine passion for people development. Whether your background is in learning and development, health and social care, or another people-focused area, if you’re driven to help others reach their potential, we’d love to hear from you.
