Chambers and Partners is looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Learning and Development Business Partner to join our People Team in Birmingham.
In this role, you’ll support the delivery of engaging and effective learning experiences across the organisation, from designing and facilitating development sessions to managing our digital learning platform (Kallidus) and supporting the performance review process.
This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in our Birmingham office.
We’re looking for someone with experience delivering training both in person and online, who enjoys working collaboratively and has a genuine passion for helping others grow.
