Description

Miryco Consultants is working with a leading pensions specialist/investment manager to add a Learning and Development Coordinator to the team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality learning experiences across the company.

Responsibilities:

Report directly into L&D Manager
Support the evolution of L&D through coaching and support
Contributing to team strategy
Ownership of learning solutions
Central coordinator for professional qualification process

Experience:

Proven experience of delivery, preferably in professional services environment
Excellent educational background
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
