TMOD Coordinator
About The Job
As the TMOD Co-ordinator will work closely and support the TMOD Business Partner in all aspects of everything TMOD. From on-boarding to off-boarding and everything in between. Being intrinsic to delivering training across the organisation, Feedback Collection, and being the key point of contact for everything related to the Apprenticeship Levy.
This is a great role for someone who has had some experience working at a Junior level in the Learning and Development remit and looking to take on their next step to becoming delivery lead. You must have a passion for Learning and coaching and love working with people
What your role as an TMOD Coordinator will involve:
- Coordinating all aspects of Talent, Management & Organisational Development (TMOD), from onboarding to offboarding
- Delivering and facilitating engaging, interactive training sessions across the organisation
- Managing and implementing learning programs tailored to team and business needs
- Administering the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolment, tracking, and reporting
- Acting as the key point of contact for everything related to the Apprenticeship Levy
- Collecting and analysing feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness
- Supporting learners post-training through coaching and reinforcement
- Adapting training content based on business updates and learner feedback
- Ensuring all mandatory training is delivered and compliance records are maintained
- Collaborating with HR, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to align learning with business goals
- Using digital platforms and tools to enhance learning accessibility and engagement
- Keeping up to date with learning methodologies and best practices
To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience
- Previous experience in Learning & Development delivery role
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Comfortable managing stakeholders and building strong working relationships
- Curious mindset and a passion for learning and coaching
- Knowledge of LMS systems and learning platforms
- Ability to adapt content and apply continuous improvement
- Proficient in English (spoken and written)
