Learning and Development Specialist Sales

Are you passionate about empowering sales professionals to thrive? This role plays a pivotal part in building commercial capability across our global Sales teams. You’ll design and deliver inclusive, impactful training that builds confidence, sharpens skills, and drives performance. Collaborating closely with Sales, Talent, and Enablement teams, you’ll create learning experiences that reflect real-world sales challenges and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery
• Deliver engaging training across onboarding, core sales skills, and product knowledge using a blended approach (virtual, in-person, and digital).
• Needs Analysis
• Partner with sales managers and teams to assess development needs, using data and insights to shape effective learning solutions.
• Development Coordination
• Lead the logistics, communications, and execution of global sales development initiatives in collaboration with the Sales Enablement team.
• Sales Collaboration
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to ensure learning content is accurate, timely, and aligned with commercial goals.
• Content & Platforms
• Build and maintain learning content using instructional design best practices and authoring tools. Support rollout and adoption of enablement resources, including playbooks, onboarding guides, and process documentation.
• Feedback & Improvement
• Gather feedback, monitor usage, and recommend enhancements to improve learner engagement and training impact.
• Learner Support
• Be a trusted point of contact for training-related queries, offering guidance to sales teams, new joiners, and cross-functional colleagues.
• Insight & Iteration
• Stay close to sales workflows and evolving needs. Use insights to continuously refine training content and enablement strategies.
