Job Opportunity: Learning & Development Co-ordinator
Location: Birmingham (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)
Salary: £27,540 per annum
Contract: Full-time, Permanent, 40 hours per week

At Nacro, we’re looking for an enthusiastic Learning & Development Co-ordinator to join our growing Talent & Development team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape, deliver, and improve learning programmes that build capability across the organisation—ultimately making a real difference in people’s lives.
About the Role
You’ll be at the heart of our learning operations, designing, coordinating, and improving L&D programmes that reflect Nacro’s strategic goals. Working closely with internal teams and external providers, you’ll ensure our training initiatives run smoothly and that staff across the organisation have access to engaging, inclusive, and impactful learning experiences.
What you’ll be doing
Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of training programmes
Managing our Learning Management System (NacroLearn)
Supporting the development of digital and blended learning content
Tracking mandatory training compliance and analysing learning data
Collaborating with internal communications to promote learning opportunities
Supporting new joiners through onboarding and induction
Liaising with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
About you
You’ll bring:
Proven experience in coordinating and delivering L&D activities
Strong working knowledge of instructional design and learning evaluation
Experience in managing or administering an LMS (ideally in a complex organisation)
The ability to juggle multiple priorities with great attention to detail
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills
You’ll be proactive, solutions-focused, and confident working independently in a hybrid team environment.
