We’re looking for a Learning Solutions Consultant to join our team during a maternity cover. This role is all about building trusted relationships with customers, understanding their world, and providing the kind of insight and guidance that shapes learning experiences which truly make a difference. Sometimes that means pushing back, offering alternative perspectives, and challenging thinking to ensure every project delivers the best possible outcome.

We’re constantly evolving our services and exploring new ways to deliver impact, including AI-led concepts and innovative tools. 🔎 What you’ll be doing:

• Consult directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend effective learning and performance solutions.
• Build strong partnerships based on trust, open communication, and collaboration.
• Confidently guide customers by challenging assumptions and proposing creative alternatives when needed.
• Work with our designers, developers, and creative specialists to bring concepts to life mainly in the form of eLearning courses and potentially videos, animations, infographics, and performance support tools.
• Take ownership of project scoping, solution design, and delivery, ensuring everything is high quality, on time, and aligned with customer goals.
• Quality assure outputs from internal teams and external suppliers.
• Stay curious and up to date with industry developments, bringing fresh ideas to every project.

💡 You will thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in learning and development, with a track record in digital learning consultancy or design.
• Understand learning design principles and know how to apply them in practice.
• Can build strong customer relationships, listen deeply, and hold your ground with confidence when a better way forward is needed.
• Are an excellent communicator who can simplify complexity and inspire confidence.
• Are organised, detail-orientated, and able to balance multiple projects at once.
• Bring creative thinking and fresh ideas to solve challenges.
• Understand digital learning production processes and tools.

✨ Bonus points if you:

• Have knowledge of the hospitality sector.
• Have hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools (especially Evolve).
• Speak French and/or Spanish.
