About This Role
Work where it matters most, achieve what matters more
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with our students in individual, small group or classroom-based settings to support progress across the curriculum. This is a part time role, working 16.5 hours per week for 39 weeks per year (school term time plus 5 days).
You will work with students of all ages to support progress and play a key role in our catch-up literacy programme. Ideally you will have experience of working with or caring for children of secondary school age but more importantly you will have the ability to relate well to children and adults.
