Learning Support Assistant | Ealing, London | Immediate Start

Join a fantastic school in Ealing as a Learning Support Assistant, helping students overcome challenges and thrive in their learning journey.

Learning Support Assistant | What’s on Offer:

£444-£513 per week (inclusive of holiday pay), paid via PAYE.
Full-time position starting immediately, continuing until the end of the academic year.
A chance to work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional support.
Collaborative environment with experienced teachers and SEN professionals.
Opportunities to develop your career in education, including pathways into teacher training or SEN specialisms.

Learning Support Assistant | The Role

Help pupils with SEMH and Autism build confidence, independence, and positive behaviours.
Collaborate with the teaching and support team to adapt learning materials and strategies for individual needs.
Play a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment, including managing challenging behaviour.

Learning Support Assistant | Who Are We Looking For?

A compassionate, proactive, and patient individual passionate about helping children achieve their best.
Experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable but not essential.
A Bachelor's Degree from a UK University
Outstanding A-Level and GCSE Results
