Learning Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and committed Learning Support Worker to work within mainstream vocational classrooms, supporting learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) to access learning, build independence, and achieve positive outcomes.

You will work closely with vocational teaching staff to ensure learners with additional needs are fully included in high-quality teaching and learning. The role supports learners to access ambitious vocational curricula, develop employability skills, and make strong progress towards their EHCP outcomes, qualifications, and next steps.
