Your role @CHANEL:
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for Leather Goods repairs. This role encompasses all aspects of the repair process, including the initial assessment with clients, execution of repairs, and data entry into our in-house repair system. The position will work closely with the CHANEL et Moi Les Ateliers Boutique Aftersales Specialists team and will involve regular liaison with both local and global Aftersales teams.

What you will bring to the role:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fashion Atelier Technician with proven experience in high-quality accessory repairs using both hand and machine techniques. You will bring strong attention to detail in performing quality checks and managing spare parts inventory, along with effective problem solving and organisational skills. This role requires excellent communication, flexibility to adapt to business needs, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards. You should be confident in assessing repairs within the Les Ateliers ecosystem, while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. A willingness to engage with visitors and participate in training days is also essential. While previous client facing or advisory experience is beneficial, full training will be provided to help you thrive and grow in the role.
