We are looking for:
Lecturer for Business Management
Salary: £57.97 per hour (including holiday pay) (this hourly rate includes preparation, marking and moderation)

An exciting opportunity has arisen at University Campus Oldham (Higher Education at Oldham College) for a part time hourly paid lecturer in business and management.
As a Lecturer, you will be responsible for teaching a range of modules within the disciplines of Business Management with a focus on Advanced Human Resource Management, Employee Relations and Leadership, Innovation & Creativity. You will be an enthusiastic and friendly professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with a commitment to providing an excellent student experience.
The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Business with a good knowledge of Human Resource Management, and be confident teaching undergraduate students at Levels 4-6. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to develop their academic career in a small and friendly environment, whilst utilising their vocational skills background to enrich the student experience.
The successful candidate will have a passion for collaboration with employers and professional bodies and a proven record in inspirational teaching at HE level and have a demonstrable commitment to teaching and learning excellence.

This is a part-time position working approximately 140 hours over the academic year.
