The Role
Blackpool and The Fylde College (B&FC) is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Lecturer in Health and Social Care to join our dynamic team. Your Responsibilities Will Include
As a key member of the team, your role will encompass:
- Delivering inclusive, high-quality teaching, learning, and assessment across Health and Social Care programmes.
- Supporting curriculum design and development, integrating both face-to-face and digital pedagogies.
- Providing academic and pastoral support to ensure excellent student retention, achievement, and progression.
- Contributing to continuous quality improvement initiatives and curriculum innovation.
- Supporting student recruitment through activities such as interviews, Initial Advice and Guidance (IAG), Open Days, and curriculum events.
- Engaging in professional development, research, and scholarly activity to inform practice and enrich the academic community.
