Main Purpose

To support the MKM Credit Services Function on Recovery of delinquent Debt and manage the Legal Partners

Duties & Responsibilities

To take complete ownership of workload, managing priorities as required
Build relationships with branch directors and their teams to facilitate exchange of information.
To ensure that the status and notes on all accounts are kept up to date.
Complete Recovery Calls in-line with MKM Processes
Prepare written correspondence as necessary regarding customer accounts.
Manage External Relationships with Legal Partners
Negotiate best outcome for MKM
Review Process for Improvement
Any other tasks as directed, which are reasonable within the scope of the role.

Computer literate with a high attention to details
