What We’re Looking For:
- A confident and professional telephone manner with clear communication skills
- Comfortable handling inbound calls, addressing customer queries, and directing them to the appropriate team
- Friendly, patient approach with the ability to deliver excellent customer service, including to more vulnerable customers such as the elderly
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail; this role involves managing important paperwork and documentation
- Basic IT proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Word and Excel; excellent written English is essential
- Willingness to learn – full training will be provided on our internal systems and CRM software (previous CRM experience is helpful but not required)
- Enjoy working methodically and with accuracy in a team-oriented environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients at all levels
