About The Role
- Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
- Provide pragmatic advice on regulatory compliance.
- Ensure appropriate legal protection is given to Correla IP.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to support business initiatives and ensure legal requirements are integrated early and effectively.
- Guide business owners through disputes.
- Support internal governance frameworks and contribute to policy development.
About You
- You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE in commercial.
- You will have experience working with technology contracts (including SaaS).
- You will have knowledge of data protection (UK GDPR) and IP rights in commercial contexts
