Interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions?

Want to work within a collaborative, in-house legal team on complex, multi-jurisdictional corporate structures?

We are supporting a global organisation in the search for an Interim Legal Counsel to join their EMEA Legal team on a fixed-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to corporate governance, entity lifecycle management, and cross-border compliance across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting legal entity management across multiple EMEA jurisdictions, including formation, dissolution, mergers, and reorganisations.
Assisting with corporate governance, statutory filings, and compliance obligations.
Liaising with internal stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Tax, and Compliance, as well as external counsel.

Providing general corporate legal support to the wider legal team, including intercompany agreements and ad hoc corporate projects.

Contributing to process improvements, governance controls, and maintenance of legal entity databases.

About You:

England & Wales qualified lawyer with 0–2 years PQE.
Experience in corporate law and/or corporate governance; legal entity management experience is advantageous.
Highly organised, detail-focused, and proactive, with the ability to step into an interim role confidently.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional approach.
