We are seeking an NQ–1 PQE Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join a structured, high-quality in-house legal team within a globally recognised financial institution. This is a rare opportunity for a junior lawyer to gain meaningful hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, while building a strong foundation for a career in financial services.

The Role

In this 12-month contract, you will:

Draft and review NDAs, vendor agreements, and other commercial contracts
Provide commercial and practical advice to internal stakeholders
Support the legal team on day-to-day contractual matters
Build expertise in financial services contracts under the guidance of experienced lawyers

The Candidate

NQ–1 PQE (qualified in England & Wales or equivalent)
Strong experience in financial services, either trained in-house or with extensive paralegal experience
Confident drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts

Commercial, organised, and comfortable in a fast-paced professional environment
