📢 Interim Opportunity: Legal Counsel – EMEA Legal Team

Interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting legal entity management across multiple jurisdictions?

Looking for an interim opportunity within a global legal team?

We are supporting a global organisation with the search for an Interim Legal Counsel to join their EMEA Legal team on a fixed-term basis.

This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to legal entity management across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, working within a collaborative, in-house legal function during a defined period.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting legal entity management across multiple EMEA jurisdictions
Assisting with corporate governance matters, statutory filings and compliance requirements
Liaising with internal stakeholders and external counsel
Providing general corporate legal support to the wider legal team

About You:

England & Wales qualified lawyer
Between 0–2 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
Experience in corporate law and/or corporate governance is required

Experience in legal entity management is advantageous

Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive

Capable, adaptable and comfortable stepping into an interim role

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional approach
