Legal Counsel – Travel Experiences (Global)
FTC 6 Months
We’re looking for a talented and proactive Legal Counsel to join our global Legal team, supporting our Travel Experiences division. In this strategic role, you’ll focus on partnership contracts and a broad range of commercial and operational legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., partnerships, NDAs, service and tech contracts).
Advise on contract law, IP, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
Mitigate legal risks and support cross-border matters.
Partner with business teams to align legal advice with strategic goals.
Promote legal process improvements and CLM tool adoption.
What We're Looking For:
Qualified in a Commonwealth or U.S. jurisdiction with 5–6 years PQE.
Strong experience in commercial contracts; international exposure a plus.
Excellent communicator with solid commercial judgment.
