What you’ll do

• Take the lead on commercial property deals from heads of terms to completion
• Draft and review Agreements for Lease and Leases
• Conduct title due diligence and resolve issues
• Manage Land Registry applications, searches, SDLT, and post-completion formalities
• Work directly on portfolio transactions with institutional landlords and investors

Who we’re looking for

• Qualified solicitor, 0–4 PQE
• Commercial property experience essential
