About the Role

We are currently working with a global sports and entertainment organisation who are looking for a junior lawyer to join their in-house legal team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an extremely well regarded legal team on a broad variety of international commercial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate and draft a wide range of commercial agreements
• Support on intellectual property licensing and brand-related agreements.
• Handle ancillary legal work including NDAs, MOUs, supplier agreements and due diligence processes.
• Provide day-to-day legal and strategic support to commercial teams and act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain contract records and assist with contract management processes.
• Carry out legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

About You

• Have qualified and is currently at a leading law firm (ideally in commercial or corporate law) and are 1-4 years PQE.
• Bring strong drafting and negotiation skills and enjoy working on complex commercial arrangements.
• Are adaptable, commercially minded and comfortable managing competing priorities.
• Communicate clearly with both legal and non-legal colleagues.
• Have a strong attention to detail and the confidence to take ownership of workstreams.
• Are genuinely interested in sport, entertainment, or global events.
