Job Description
As a Legal Intern, your role will involve providing strategic legal guidance, overseeing various legal matters, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and effectively mitigate risks.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Contract Review and Negotiation: Responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of global client and vendor contracts at Vialto, including NDAs and other legal documents. You will ensure these agreements meet high standards and align with Vialto Partners' business goals.
- Conduct thorough research on relevant laws and regulations related to global issues to ensure the company's compliance with all legal requirements. Your insights will guide the organization through various legal complexities.
- Collaborate closely with different teams as we expand into new territories and service lines, fostering a seamless and successful expansion process.
- Risk Management and Compliance Support: Actively contribute to risk management and compliance efforts, safeguarding the company’s interests and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Execute your duties with precision, maintaining consistently high-quality work.
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners, which is crucial for achieving the organizational goals of Vialto Partners.
