The main purpose of this role is to deliver specialised and dedicated administrative support to our Partners, Fee Earners, and Personal Assistants (PAs). Centralising administrative tasks within the Division allows us to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and ensure our legal professionals have the support required to serve our clients effectively.
What You'll Do:
• Support fee earners with financial performance, including billing, matter balances, working capital, and reporting.
• Assist with business development tasks such as event organisation, CRM administration, bids, tenders, and maintaining fee earner CVs.
• Manage matter processes, including client due diligence, conflict checks, engagement letters, and adherence to compliance protocols.
• Oversee diary management, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and file management to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilise administrative tools, delegate document production tasks, and maintain technical competency to support fee earners effectively.
Who We're Looking For:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with accurate grammar and punctuation.
• Minimum of four years' experience in a comparable environment at an appropriate level.
• Flexibility to adapt to client needs and requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Proven track record of exceptional client service and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
