Meta’s EMEA Legal Operations team is looking for an experienced Legal Pricing Analyst to support high-impact pricing initiatives, vendor negotiations, and spend optimisation across our regional legal department.

What You’ll Do

• Support EMEA legal teams on spend management and pricing strategy
• Negotiate AFAs for high-spend matters and re-price existing matters to reduce costs
• Lead and manage RFP processes with law firms, including creating templates in PERSUIT
• Build pricing models, rate cards, and conduct market research to stay ahead of EMEA legal market trends
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to deliver cost-effective legal solutions
• Draft process documents, playbooks, and training materials for lawyers

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5–7 years’ experience in legal pricing management at an international law firm and/or in-house legal team

✅ Strong Excel & Google Suite skills, with proven ability to analyse and present data

✅ Experience negotiating AFAs, benchmarking hourly rates, and creating pricing strategies

✅ Confident communicator with both senior internal stakeholders and external counsel

✅ Ability to handle ambiguity, work under pressure, and deliver results at pace

Preferred Skills

• Tableau dashboarding
• Familiarity with eBilling systems
• Knowledge of PERSUIT or similar RFP tools
• PMP or similar certification
