Lending PM (Commercial / Property)

Our client is a rapidly expanding bank based in London. Following a several successful releases of new products, they have an exciting role for an outside IR35 Lending focused Project Manager with expertise in Commercial or property lending.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery of data-driven projects. You’ll have deep commercial or property knowledge, making sure business expectations are met, as well as looking after other systems. You will oversee the execution of complex lending projects, managing resources, and collaborating with tech and non- tech teams to ensure success.

• Salary: £550 p/day outside IR35
• Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office.

The ideal candidate:

• Strong experience as a Project Manager working with previous experience delivering an end to end Commercial or property Lending focused projects.
• Previous experience working within financial services or banking is a must
• Previous experience handling transformation projects and delivering through Agile squads.
• Experience of delivering projects through Agile release trains & SaFE methodology
