Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and eager Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This role is designed for individuals looking to gain hands on experience while developing their skills in a professional environment. The Apprentice will assist with various tasks and projects, providing support to senior staff while learning the ins and outs of the industry.

Duties

• Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management
• Support team members in day to day operations and project execution
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth workflow
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
• Help maintain a clean and orderly workspace
• Help with elements such a Maintenance, Admin Tasks, Tenancy Renewals

Qualifications

• Previous administrative experience is advantageous but not essential
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our team's diversity and outreach
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
• A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Working Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:30pm and every other Saturday 10:00am to 13:00pm.
