We are seeking a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our team and assist in the smooth execution of rental transactions. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will play a vital role in marketing rental properties, finding potential leads, conducting viewings, performing reference checks, and finalizing rental contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in real estate or a related field is a plus).
• Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and relevant computer applications.
• Professional and well-presented appearance.
• Additional language such as Italian, Spanish, French, Chinese, or any other is required.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and tenants- Negotiate and close sales and rental agreements- Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales and letting process- Assist with property valuations and market appraisals- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings on various platforms- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets- Attend industry events and network with potential clients
  
  

Experience:

• Previous experience in a sales or lettings role preferred
• Strong administrative skills to manage client records and documentation
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse client base
• Organizational skills to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously
