Role Overview: 

The Lettings Progressor is responsible for managing all inbound and outbound enquiries, ensuring timely and professional engagement with prospective tenants. This role is central to driving conversion through effective CRM workflow management, proactive sales engagement, and consistent feedback collection. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Enquiry Handling 
• Respond to all inbound enquiries via phone, email, and CRM within 24 hours. 
• Conduct outbound follow-ups to maximise viewing bookings and maintain engagement. 

• Sales Engagement 
• Confidently communicate the development’s key USPs to prospective tenants. 
• Tailor messaging to different audience segments to maximise appeal and conversion. 

• CRM Management 
• Maintain an up-to-date and accurate CRM workflow. 
• Ensure all enquiries are logged, tracked, and progressed in line with SLA standards. 
• Flag and escalate any issues or delays in the queue. 

• Viewings Coordination 
• Book and confirm viewings with prospective tenants, within Lettings Manager diaries.  
• Liaise with on-site teams to ensure smooth viewing experiences. 

• Feedback Collection 
• Gather and log feedback post-viewing. 
• Identify trends and relay insights to the wider team to inform strategy. 

Skills & Experience 

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Proven ability to manage high volumes of enquiries with accuracy and pace. 
• Experience using CRM systems in a property or lettings environment. 
• Commercial awareness and a proactive sales mindset. 
• Organised, accountable, and able to work independently.
