We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Telecoms Field Operative Apprenticeship Programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, earn while you learn, and develop the skills needed to become a fully qualified telecoms engineer.

What You’ll Do
As a Telecoms Field Operative Apprentice, you will be:
- Installing and maintaining telecoms infrastructure (cabling, routers, poles, and underground networks).
- Learning how to diagnose and repair faults in broadband and fibre networks.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards.
- Providing excellent customer service while working on residential and commercial sites.

What We’re Looking For
- A genuine interest in technology, engineering, or telecoms
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Full UK manual driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
- Minimum GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
