AM or PM Shift - based at our Trafford Distribution Centre.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
- You will be responsible for delivering world-class warehouse training.
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement by actively seeking and incorporating feedback to enhance our training methodologies for all colleagues.
- Inspire and engage colleagues across the site by making training dynamic and relevant, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Possess a flexible and adaptable mindset, effectively planning your daily activities to seamlessly integrate with 'Our Operation' and ensure all tasks are completed and documented promptly.
- Contribute to the learning and development of 'Our People' by providing high-quality, professional training that aligns with 'Our Future' growth strategy.
- Exhibit resilience and adapt your training approach to cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
- An essential part of this role involves delivering training on all MHE fleet (including REACH truck) you will be willing to be upskilled across all operational disciplines
- To succeed in this role, you should be proficient and comfortable utilizing technology to create and deliver innovative and engaging training experiences.
- Train with integrity: demonstrate accountability, lead by example, and consistently uphold all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards to ensure 'Our Environment' remains a safe workplace.
Who Have
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly and accurately, consistently meeting deadlines and targets.
- A good understanding of customer requirements and the flexibility to adapt to evolving needs.
- A comprehensive grasp of warehouse picking and quality control processes.
- Highly self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and unsupervised.
- Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, including the ability to confidently lead team briefs when necessary.
- A motivated approach to an ever-changing warehouse environment and ability to adapt and positively promote new ideas throughout the team (and willingness to work overtime as required).
- The ability to use your own initiative and confidence in your decision making
