Our Client, an elite in-house organisation, is looking to hear from paralegals with excellent academics and experience from a top-tier law firm. They are particularly keen to hear from those with experience in previous financial environments.

Responsibilities

Managing a busy workload of finance matters,
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders,
Additional ad hoc duties when required.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

c. 12 months of experience from a leading firm or in-house team
Funds or Funds finance paralegal experience
Experience in CLOs (desirable)
