Banking & Finance - Senior Associate/Counsel – Leveraged Finance

This prestigious City law firm has a new opportunity for a Leveraged Finance Associate (5PQE ++)to join a market-leading team with an excellent reputation in Leveraged Finance. The successful candidate will work on complex, high-profile transactions for top-tier clients across private equity, corporate, and financial sectors.

The remit will be to act for sponsors, borrowers, and lenders on a broad range of finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, refinancings, and general corporate lending. The work is varied and intellectually engaging, often involving multi-jurisdictional elements.

The successful candidate will:

Advise private equity houses and major corporate clients on financing arrangements.
Support transactions from term sheet stage through to closing, with direct client contact.
Work closely with partners and senior lawyers within the practice, gaining exposure to a wide range of deal types and structures.

Applicants must have upwards of 5 years’ PQE in leveraged finance and extensive exposure to international work.
