We’re looking for a Licensed Content Coordinator, International based in London to help build our international catalogue.

Yoto’s Content Team

Content is at the heart of our business, and we have a global team of children’s media specialists – with experience across publishing, music, education, rights, and audio production – who carefully consider every title that makes it into our library. We licence existing audio from some of the biggest names in the world of kids’ entertainment (Penguin Random House, Disney, Gallimard and more), and also develop and produce our own content as part of our Yoto Originals range.

What you’ll be doing:

Reporting to the Head of Content, International you will help build a best-in-class international catalogue and build our global partnerships with publishers, character brands and creators.

This is a dynamic and hands-on role, collaborating closely with the Content Managers to onboard new content to the Yoto platform. No two days will the same and some of the things you will be doing include:

• Liaising with internal teams, resolving any questions that arise as new content moves through the card design and production process, through to launch and the hands of our families.
• Drafting contracts and maintaining internal systems and databases.
• Maintaining partners informed through royalty and sales reports.
• Securing approvals for marketing campaigns.
• Reviewing submissions and writing copy.

While providing support for Content Managers, the Coordinator will have the opportunity to develop a thorough understanding of the Yoto catalogue and content business.

What you’ll bring:

• An understanding of international or subsidiary rights.
• A demonstrable passion for children’s publishing and new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and initiative.
• A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with evolving priorities.
• Native Spanish with a sensibility to regional variations; French and another language would be an advantage.
• Availability to travel if required.

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 based on experience

• Flexibility: Hybrid working - expectation of 1 day a week on average, but you are welcome to come in more than this. How you meet the minimum expectation is up to you, to ensure you're happy and productive in your role whilst also getting that vital face time with your colleagues. Take advantage of our ‘work from anywhere’ policy to work from a different location for up to 6 weeks every year. Summer Hours policy to use between the months of June and August.
