Barchester Healthcare have created a new position for a Life Enrichment Executive to join our established Customer and Resident Experience team. Barchester are committed to providing residents across our portfolio of over 240 care homes and hospitals with an unrivalled resident experience.

As the Life Enrichment Executive you will be working as part of the central corporate team supporting the development and improvement of our residents lived experience in line with our Care and Life Enrichment Customer Commitments.This crucial role will be supporting our homes to ensure they are delivering life enriching activities, developing community connections for the benefit of our residents and hosting events, entertainment and outings. We are looking for an inspirational candidate, who will be able to engage and motivate teams at all levels across the business both remotely and in face to face settings.

Need To Have

• Proven experience designing, hosting, and delivering social and/or wellbeing events, Virtual or Face to Face, ideally in the adult health and social care sector
• Excellent organisational, time management, and diary management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
• Proven track record in delivering against targets
• Have solid knowledge of Outlook, Word, Power point and Excel
• Attention to detail
  
  

Need To Do

• You will be responsible for leading and planning our Life Enrichment Virtual Events Programme
• You will manage the delivery of regular internal communications to our Activities Teams and homes, collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure
• You will ensure our homes have access to up-to date resources and support materials via our company platforms that assist them in delivering life enriching activities, developing community connections and events, entertainment and outings.
• Gather feedback, analyse attendance data and ensure shared Interests of our resident community is considered to identify insights and inform future events.
• Ensure the Monthly Life Enrichment Dashboard data is accurately gathered and collated in a timely manner.
• Management of LE Calendar invites, providing administrative and technical support for the monthly Life Enrichment Webinar
