We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised
Assistant Administrator to join our Lifelong Learning Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting continuing ministerial development and training events, working alongside a committed and dynamic team.
About The Role
You will provide essential general office support, working closely with the Senior Administrator and Academic Registrar, and reporting directly to the Head of Lifelong Learning. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Handling enquiries and directing them to the appropriate contacts
- Coordinating and managing event bookings
- Maintaining accurate records using spreadsheets and our Contact Management System
- Offering administrative support to staff, tutors, volunteers, and students
- Supporting the smooth delivery of various team projects

- The capacity to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
