Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Lifestyle Partner to join our team, someone who brings innovation, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail, to every day. This role will create an extraordinary, engaging and memorable experience for our members, designing and leading activities that enrich lives without the over reliance on external entertainers. The successful candidate will inspire and lead a team of Lifestyle Partners, ensuring synergy across the business and a consistent, thoughtful approach that reflects our values to create extraordinary days. They will work closely with families and loved ones to build a deep understanding of each members history, preferences, likes and dislikes, allowing us to deliver truly personalised and meaningful days. This is a unique opportunity to shape a culture where every interaction, every moment, is designed for the good of our members. This role will have their own residence while supporting the groups Lifestyle Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deliver, and oversee a programme of innovative, engaging, and high-quality lifestyle activities and experiences that enrich the lives of our Members.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Lifestyle Partners, fostering creativity, consistency, and collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with residents and their families to understand individual life stories, preferences, and needs, ensuring highly personalised experiences.
- Ensure seamless integration of lifestyle programmes across the wider operations of the residences.
- Maintain oversight and control of lifestyle budgets, ensuring prudent financial management while delivering premium experiences.
- Evaluate and continuously improve lifestyle offerings through feedback, observation, and member/family engagement.
- Promote a culture of excellence, respect, and compassion that aligns with Loveday’s values.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and leading lifestyle or activities programmes within luxury hospitality, senior living or private member establishments
- Strong team leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
- Creative, resourceful, and proactive approach to activity planning and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with members, families, and colleagues.
- Financial acumen and experience in managing budgets.
- Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends to support residence events.
